let’s love sprouts this Christmas!

We recently did some research with the University of Reading that showed if little ones play with veg outside of meal times, using all of their senses they’re more likely to eat their greens! 

We want to find out if this can work with the least loved of Christmas veg to see if we can get your little ones munching on brussel sprouts by Christmas day!

That’s why we’re asking you to take part in Ella’s Big Brussels Challenge, we’ll be giving you fun activity ideas to get your little ones exploring sprouts using all of their senses. Find them on Facebook + right here (peek at the choices on the signpost) until Christmas!
