Ella's Kitchen baby food diary competition Ts & Cs

1. Fill out the Ella's Kitchen baby food diary and then send it to Ella's Kitchen at 'FREEPOST Ella's Kitchen' to be entered into a prize draw to win a month's supply of Ella's Kitchen baby food products. The winner will be chosen at random.

2. To enter, fill out the Ella's Kitchen baby food diary and post it to 'FREEPOST FPN3670 Ella's Kitchen'.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Only one entry per person over the course of the competition.

5. The prize consists of one month's supply of Ella's Kitchen products. The prize will be delivered by courier to the winners.

6. The final receipt of entries for the prize draw is midnight GMT on Sunday 22nd August 2010.

7. Winners will be notified via email or post within 28 days of the closing date.

8. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial winning notification within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to allocate it to the next entrant who has correctly filled in the food diary and sent it to Ella's Kitchen (chosen at random).

9. The winner's name will be available on the Ella’s Kitchen website.

10. The competition is open to all UK residents, except employees and their families of Ella’s Kitchen, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

11. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. No cash alternative is available.

12. The winner may be expected to take part in any PR activity reasonably requested by Ella’s Kitchen.

13. By entering the competition competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

14. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
