As we grow as a company, it’s very important to us that we give something back to benefit both kids in our local community and further afield. We already donate some of our baby food products to children in need both in the UK and overseas, and we are very excited to be working on a couple more bigger projects to help our little friends.

We passionately believe that all children should be given an equal opportunity to live a healthy and active lifestyle and to maximise their potential. So, we’ve been busy identifying projects where we can help to do just that!
We are also now very excited that we will soon be launching a project which will involve taking young children from families who struggle to afford such trips out for the day to a local farm, giving them the opportunity to use all their senses to explore where our food comes from and the world around them. This will be an initiative to help young children living locally to us but Ella’s Dad is keen to also help children living further afield.

Ella's Dad grew up in Zambia and would love to give something back to the country where he spent a very happy childhood. We are working with Kasisi Children’s home (www.kasisichildren.org) just outside Lusaka, in Zambia, to renovate their rooms, and provide extra facilities, for the 250 orphaned children who live there.
We are already enjoying the big smiles on their little faces as the babies tuck into our yummy baby foods which we have sent out to them. There will also soon be play houses and toys for the little ones to enjoy, computer equipment for the older children, essential bedding and lots of brightly coloured cushions and rugs to decorate their rooms, seeds for their organic garden and they will also be painting some of their rooms with our Ella’s Kitchen imagery!
