Jazzed up jackets baby food recipe
What ingredients
you'll need
- 2 medium sized organic potatoes, suitable for baking
- ½ pouch of Ella’s Kitchen Stage 1 organic baby food puree – a veg filled one
- Handful of small florets of cooked organic broccoli
- 1 large chopped cooked organic carrot
- Handful of cooked organic peas
- Tin of organic tuna (soaked in water)

What you'll need to do
- Bake the jackets in the oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) mark 6 for about 1 ½ hours or until the centres are cooked and the potatoes feel soft when squeezed
- Cut each potato in half and carefully scoop out the flesh into a large bowl, leaving the skins intact
- Mash the potato with a small knob of butter and a dash of milk to give a smooth consistency
- Combine with the vegetable puree pouch
- Add the cooked broccoli, carrots, peas and drained tuna - stir in gently
- Pile the potato mix back into the reserved skins
- Place on a baking sheet and cook for a further 15 mins or until piping hot and golden brown. Let them cool down a little before your little one devours them!

Cooking time: approx 1 hour 30 minutes
