Ella's Kitchen Smoothie Fruits are made from the whole fruit only. They are crushed up and pasteurized and so contain all the fibre within the fruit. They are a food snack rather than a drink.

Fruit smoothies contain juices, and often concentrates or water. They are designed to be drunk as a healthy drink and are therefore more fluid. Both do count towards the 5 portions recommended each day.
