  • 150g beef
  • 200g tomatoes
  • 50g red onion
  • oregano
  • 1 x garlic clove
  • 3 x cubes Ella's Kitchen Carrots, Swedes, Beetroots +Parsnips Veggie Boosts

Method

  1. Heat a little oil in a big pan, add the onion + chopped garlic + cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat
  2. Add the beef mince + cook until it brown
  3. Add the tomato + oregano
  4. When the mixture is hot, stir through the veggie boosts cubes
  5. Serve with mini pasta stars

Swap This For That

Swap the oregano for cumin + a teeny amount of mild chilli, add half a tin of kidney beans + you have a tasty chilli!
