  • 250g tinned tomatoes
  • 100g cooked red lentils
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 60g red onion
  • 3 x cubes Ella's Kitchen carrots, swedes, beetroot + parsnips veggie boosts

Method

  1. Heat some oil over a medium heat + add chopped onion. Cook until the onion becomes soft
  2. Add the diced garlic, tomatoes, mixed herbs + cooked lentils
  3. When hot, stir through the Carrots, Swedes, Beetroot + Parsnips Veggie Boosts cubes. blend the soup down to a smooth consistency with a h+ blender
  4. Add water for a thinner texture if needed

Yummy For Babies

Keep the texture fairly thick for little ones from 6months. Older little ones can have a slightly thinner texture

Delicious topped with grated cheese + served with pitta or toast fingers for dunking
