Fun For Little Ones

Dried herbs are brilliant for sniffing games. Put a teaspoon of dried mint, basil, oregano + mixed herbs in a baby sock (one herb per sock), then let your little one have a good sniff. Play a game matching up the smelly socks to the smells of the herbs in their pots.

Yummy for little ones!

Bright idea!

You can add an even bigger veggie boost with grated carrot + courgette - pop them in at the same time as the peas.
