What you need
1/3 swede (about 175g/6 oz), peeled and diced
2 carrots (about 150g/5 1/2 oz), peeled and thinly sliced
What to do
1) Steam or boil the swede over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
2) Add the carrots and cook for a further 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3) Purée with the cinnamon and 125 ml/4 fl oz boiled water in a food processor,
or using a hand blender, until smooth.
