    Ingredients

    • 200g frozen peas
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 10 leaves fresh basil
    • 50ml water

    Method

    1. Boil the peas for 5 minutes, drain (retaining 50ml cooking water) and rinse with cold water in a sieve to cool.
    2. Place the cooked peas, avocado flesh + basil in a bowl and blend until super smooth.
