1. This promotion is linked to registering to join Ella’s Friends at https://www.ellaskitchen.co.uk... as a New Friend and is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over excluding employees of Ella’s Kitchen (Brands) Limited (which is the “Promoter”) and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
2. New Friends who correctly complete the ‘Join Ella’s Friends’ form, including their postal and email address will receive a 10% off discount code (the “Promotion”) in their “welcome email.”
3. By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
4. The Promotion opens at 10:00am on Wednesday 21st May 2025 and closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 2nd July 2025. The Promotion can be redeemed by 11:30pm on 2nd July 2025.
5. The Promotion is redeemable once by the New Friend and purchase of the Promoter’s product is required to redeem the Promotion. The customer redeeming the Promotion must be a Friend at the time of redemption or the Promotion will not be accepted by the Promoter.
6. The email address linked to the purchase must match the email address used to join Ella’s Friends in order to redeem the Promotion.
7. There are no cash or other promotion alternatives available in whole or in part.
8. The above offer may be used in conjunction with any other offer which is available online subject to the discretion of the Promoter.
9. In the event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affect, or could affect, the proper operation of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time but will make every effort to avoid causing undue disappointment to customers where such action is deemed necessary.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although the Promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate customers or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the customer’s statutory rights.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected and will remain valid.
18. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer any rights on any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
