What to pack for weaning your baby

Aside from lots of wet wipes, a few wipeable bibs and a spare set of baby clothes – (don’t forget the snacks for mum too!) – the below list of items should ensure you pack everything you need for a hassle-free day trip with your baby.

  • Forks and spoons
  • Cool bag with ice blocks
  • Filled water bottle
  • Baby’s favourite cup
  • Mashable foods like bananas and avocados
  • Oatcakes or crackers
  • Nut butter in small bowls to mash with food or use as spread
  • Sticks of soft fruit and cooked veg to keep little fingers busy
