What to pack for weaning your baby
Aside from lots of wet wipes, a few wipeable bibs and a spare set of baby clothes – (don’t forget the snacks for mum too!) – the below list of items should ensure you pack everything you need for a hassle-free day trip with your baby.
- Bowls
- Forks and spoons
- Cool bag with ice blocks
- Filled water bottle
- Baby’s favourite cup
- Mashable foods like bananas and avocados
- Oatcakes or crackers
- Nut butter in small bowls to mash with food or use as spread
- Sticks of soft fruit and cooked veg to keep little fingers busy
- Wipes and bibs
- Homemade food in pots to eat early in the day
- Favourite pouches to eat later in the day
