  • 70ml of milk
  • 100ml yoghurt-plain or fruit (no added sugar yoghurt)
  • 1x apples apples apples pouch
  • 5 x blackberries

  1. Soak the biscuits in milk until it forms a paste.
  2. Add the yoghurt + fruit.
  3. Blend until it forms a smooth texture
