    • 200g Green Beans
    • Mint leaves

    1. Wash the green beans, chop the stalky ends off with end.
    2. Steam or boil until soft.
    3. Add in a few leaves of fresh mint.
    4. Blend with a stick blender until soft.
    5. Add a little of baby’s usual milk until the texture is right for your little one.

    Try making the puree a little thicker + use it as a spread or dip with bread or cooked veg fingers for older little ones.
