Ingredients

  • 2 x pouches of Ella's Kitchen Parsnips pouch
  • 150g cooked butter beans, drained
  • 2 x tbs greek yoghurt or fromage frais
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • sprinkle of parsley

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except the yoghurt to a pan and heat through
  2. Blend with a stick blender and then stir through the yoghurt
  3. Enjoy as a scrummy finger food with cooked veggie sticks
